Shipping policy

1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Domestic Shipping (UAE) We ship to all emirates across the UAE. Estimated delivery times:

  • Dubai & Abu Dhabi: 2–4 business days
  • Other Emirates: 3–5 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

3. International Shipping (GCC & Worldwide) We ship internationally, including GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar) and select worldwide destinations. Estimated delivery times:

  • GCC Countries: 5–7 business days
  • International: 7–14 business days

4. Shipping Carriers We work with trusted local and international courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.

5. Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.

6. Customs & Import Duties For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

7. Delays & Lost Packages Budget Collections is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier issues, or circumstances beyond our control. If your package appears lost, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date and we will investigate with the courier.

8. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Budget Collections is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

9. Damaged or Missing Items If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
