We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy below.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 2 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Damaged items due to misuse
  • No video upon opening of the parcel considered non-returnable items. This video helps us analyse whether it is acceptable or not.   

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra charge. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

6. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
